    You tell us what you need, and we will find it.
  • I want to return/exchange my purchase. What do I do?
    Unfortunately, because every purchase and sales is customized; no returns or exchange will be accepted.
  • I don’t see what I want on your website. How can I find it?
    If what you want isn’t available to view on our website or if you have a special request, just send us an email to info@sanvec.com with all your specifics and we will help you as soon as we can.
  • What about payments?
    We accept all major credit cards as well as wire transfers. Just specified your choice of payments and we will guide you through the process.
  • How soon can you ship my order?
    Most orders can be shipped out from our warehouse as soon as 2 business days up to 7 business days.
  • When will I get my order?
    A lot of factors play in determining shipping time, especially in customized orders. However, we will do our best in advising our clients an estimated time of departure as well as an estimated time of arrival once all details of the order is finalized.
